Rent the Centre on US-10!

Looking for an affordable facility to host a meeting, educational class, celebration, or event? Our Event Centre is now available to rent by the hour! With plenty of parking and a convenient location just east of Meijer in Ludington, our Event Centre can fill many needs!

Our classroom is a great indoor space for groups of 30 or less with tables, or groups of up to 50 people with just chairs. There's also a nice outdoor space in the back of the building that could accommodate a pop-up tent or two! 

You are welcome to bring any decorations, food and beverages. If alcohol is going to be consumed, please include that in the discussion with us so we are aware. Alcohol is permitted for groups 21 and older. 

Cleanup is not included, and must be done immediately following the event.

Pricing (subject to change):

$60 per hour (1 1/2 hour minimum.)
$30 non-refundable deposit

Attention Artists and Educators! Are you looking to use our space to host a creative class or workshop? Ask us how we can help advertise your class with our marketing package! 

Dates and Times are dependent on our event schedule and open hours. Please email us at info@faireheart.com using the subject like "Centre Rental" and list the date(s) you are hoping to book. We will contact you within two business days with our availability! Sunday-Wednesday are the current most available days of the week in our schedule. 

Please be sure to include your full name, phone, and email address when you check out. In the NOTES section of your cart, please indicate your preferred contact method :) 

NOTE: Rental of the Event Centre does not include any products, creative instruction, or supplies. It's only to use the space. 

Cancelation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel the space, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the event rental, or you will be required to pay the hour and a half minimum. 

Cleaning Policy: All trash and decorations must be cleaned up, and the Event Centre condition returned to the way it was upon arrival. We have a vacuum, cleaning supplies, and trash cans/bags on-site. If the space is not cleaned or has damage, you will be charged $100+ cleaning/repair fee subject to the condition of our space. 

Please note that our supplies or products inside the Event Centre are not to be used without consent of our owners. Any usage of our property that is not notated as included in the rental agreement is considered theft, and you will be charged for those missing items.
